A Bespoke Wheel Design, Built From The Ground Up
Not every wheel design begins in a catalogue.
For customers chasing something more specific, Aurelian Forged Wheels offers a custom design process where the wheel is developed around your vehicle, your fitment requirements, and your overall vision.
Whether you have a clear idea in mind or simply want something that does not currently exist in our listed range, we can guide you through the process from initial concept to completed forged wheel.
1. Initial Design Consultation
Every custom wheel design begins with a conversation.
We start by understanding your vehicle, preferred sizing, intended use, and the overall look you want to achieve.
This includes details such as:
• Vehicle make, model and year
• Desired wheel size
• Preferred construction
• Spoke style and design direction
• Concavity
• Finish and colour
• Hardware and centre cap preferences
• Brake and suspension clearance requirements
This stage allows us to define the design direction before any technical work begins.
The aim is simple: to create a wheel that looks like it was designed for your car from the beginning.
2. Renders & Finite Element Analysis
Once the design direction is confirmed, the wheel concept is developed visually.
Detailed renders are created so you can review the design, proportions, finish direction, and overall appearance before manufacturing begins.
For suitable designs, Finite Element Analysis is also used to assess the wheel structure and help ensure the design meets the required strength and performance considerations.
This stage allows the design to be reviewed, refined and approved before it moves into production.
No manufacturing begins until the design direction has been confirmed.
3. Manufacturing
Once the final design and specifications are approved, manufacturing begins.
Your wheels are produced to the confirmed specifications, including diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, centre bore, finish and any selected custom details.
Each set is built specifically for the vehicle and customer it was designed for.
This is where the concept becomes a physical forged wheel.
4. Quality Control
Before shipping, each wheel goes through quality control.
This includes checking the finish, machining details, specifications, fitment details and overall presentation of the completed wheel.
Photos or videos can be supplied prior to dispatch so you can review the finished product before it leaves.
Our goal is to ensure every set meets the agreed design direction and is ready for final fitment.
5. Shipping
Once quality control is complete, your wheels are carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
We arrange delivery to your nominated address and provide shipping information once available.
From there, your custom wheels are ready to be fitted and become part of the build they were designed for.
Designed Around Your Car. Not A Catalogue.
A custom wheel should not feel like a compromise.
It should suit the vehicle, the owner, and the build.
From the first design consultation through to final shipping, every stage of the Aurelian custom design process is built around creating a wheel that feels intentional, personal and completely unique to your car.
